The complete drawing set of the shelter as it stands in 2058: one central well, three concentric rings, fourteen sectors per level. Twelve sheets from the gate to Zone 1K, with room schedules, plant data and the places where things went wrong.
One well, three rings, fourteen sectors. Duncan did not dig corridors — he sank a shaft. The Well is a vertical silo 26 m across, driven 96 m through the rock; the floor plates were inserted afterwards, one per level, which is why every ceiling in Bunker 101 is a steel deck and every floor drums underfoot. From each plate the accommodation radiates outward in two concentric bands, separated by ring corridors.
Nothing is direct. The Well opens onto Ring 0 only. Ring 0 reaches Ring 1 through two radial passages at north and south; Ring 1 reaches the perimeter gallery through two more at east and west. The offsets are a blast measure, and they have a social consequence Duncan may not have intended: to go anywhere, you walk a quarter of a circle in public.
The perimeter gallery is the Gallery of common speech. Its northern arc and its southern arc are wide enough for Bounce; the south-eastern arc was never finished.
Four plates, not seven. Duncan sank seven. In 2033 the barriers closed and the bottom three — the Great Hall, the computer plate and the core — were released to Zone 1K and never recovered. 0K is now Levels 1 to 4. Everything below is drawn here because people still go down there, in suits, on a clock.
Numbering. Every room reads L-S-RR: level, sector, room. Sectors run 1 to 14 clockwise from north and hold their bearing on every level, so 3-2 is the same wedge of rock on the residential level that 4-2 is on the plant level. The notorious Sector 32 is not a mystery but an address: level 3, sector 2.
Fourteen, not twelve. The residential ring has fourteen bays — seven blocs, two families each. Six blocs live here. Two bays are welded shut. The geometry says what the archive does not.

The wet stack. Every washroom, washhouse, bath house and riser chamber in the installation stands in sector 5 or sector 9, on every plate, one directly above the other. Two vertical stacks, short runs, no crossings — Schneider's economy. It also means the sanitary rooms of seven levels share two pipes, and a pipe carries sound as willingly as it carries water.
The dirty quarter. Sectors 1 to 5 on Level 4 are the zone gate: airlock, wash-down, suit room, ready room, with the spares and the test rig behind them in the inner ring and the descent to 1K directly under the airlock floor. A suit is never carried through a room that anyone lives in. The original 1959 gate on Level 1 is still there and still works, which is why some rooms appear twice in this set.
Use. Click any room in a plan; measurements, access and the note appear beneath it. The schedule under each sheet carries the same figures, computed from the drawn geometry.
Air, water, heat and floor area are figured against occupancy, so a failure anywhere in this table has consequences everywhere else in it. Floor areas are summed from the drawn rooms, not asserted.

The residential ring is not one floor but three. Duncan sank the Well to its full depth and the builders inserted decks into the residential band as the population grew — Deck B first, in 1956, then C, then A. Fourteen bays on each deck, eleven berths to a bay: 462 berths, with the remaining eighteen places in the nursery and the sickbay.
Today one hundred and thirty citizens occupy twelve bays on Deck B. Deck C was emptied in 2035 and holds stores. Deck A was shut down in 2039 to save heat and has not been lit since. The missing three hundred and seventy are not missing — their beds are still made, one deck up and one deck down. Both cold decks are drawn in full on sheets 05 and 06, because what has been put on three hundred and eight abandoned berths over twenty-three years is worth a plan of its own.
The Bunker 101 sources are dense on people and nearly silent on rooms. This table separates what the material states from what this drawing set decided, so nothing here is mistaken for established fact at the table.
